    Alright, so this is out of the blue but here it goes. My name is Dale and I met a gentleman in the Providence airport in 2004 when I was a 4th class at the Coast Guard Academy. We spoke briefly and he explained that he consulted for a living and graduated from the USMA. He gave me a card with his name, E. Noble Gibbens II, and the company name, GLE-Commerce.
